What It Is

The Switch & Go Dinos combine two play patterns that preschoolers love: vehicles and dinosaurs. There are four different Dinos in the first collection: Horns the Triceratops, T-Don the Pteranodon, Sliver the T-Rex, and Tonn the Stegosaurus. Each is sold separately. These dinosaurs transform into cars, and the transformation is easy for even little kids to do. A few twists and turns of the toy and the transformation is complete. The screen on the dinos changes based on the mode the toy is in, whether car or dino. Each Switch & Go Dino has more than 50 different phrases and sounds that are generated randomly when kids play. Kids can also control the sounds by pressing the buttons on the top of the toy. On the front of each toy is a volume button and a style button that kids can press to change the dino's eyes or choose a driver for the car.

Is It Fun?

These toys are great for their construction, whimsical play, and versatility. Kids will find them engaging and entertaining.

Who It’s For

Switch & Go Dinos are for ages 3–8.

What To Be Aware Of

Two AAA batteries are included, but these are for in-store try-me purposes. VTech recommends replacing them before you play for best results.

To preserve battery life, the toy will automatically power off after several seconds of inactivity. If you want to manually turn off the toy, press and hold the talk/sound button for a few seconds until the toy shuts down.
