What It Is
What It Is
Trekbots are interactive remote-controlled robots that do flips, headstands, and other fun tricks. Trekbots move forward, backward, left, and right, and travel about one foot per second. You can charge these mini robots using your computer's USB port. Trekbots come in four different colors: white, blue, black, and orange.
Why It’s Fun
Robotic creatures, especially mini ones, are really popular among kids (and some adults) these days. The colorful Trekbots are easy to control and kids will like watching these little robots move around on their circular "legs".
Who It’s For
Trekbots are for ages 8 and up. Adults will like playing with these just as much as kids. Trekbots make a fun addition to anyone's desktop.
What to Be Aware of
Trekbots come with three LR44 batteries. The battery allows for about 15 minutes of continuous play from a 30-minute charge.
When you use the remote, make sure to point it at the Trekbot, otherwise the Trekbot will not respond to the remote's commands.
Each of the different colors runs on a different frequency, so you can create an entire collection of them.
